Handmade

Englishman Bay Handmade started as Englishman Bay Trading Company in 2017. We have shifted our name to emphasize that our items are handmade, here, locally in New England.

The natural colored wool comes from our family’s farm. The coastal Maine farm has been in our family for generations and has always had sheep. The blankets and scarves we sell are made from our wool which is processed and woven in Upstate New York. The dyed wool in our other products is procured from local farms and mills here in New England.

The staff (me) at Englishman Bay make nearly everything else. I am a small woman owned business who enjoy making things with my hands.
